Learning to organized

When it comes right down to it, i think people are divided into two groups. The first is made up of those mystifying folks that are efficient without seeming to work at it. Their living rooms always are ready for unexpected guests maybe not perfect but acceptable. When they step back into the kitchen to clean up after a meal, very little needs to be done. Their laundry is kept up. All of this seems to be done misteriously without much effort. Those of  us who wrestle with chaos look in with amazement. How do they do it?

Organized people automatically keep hings neat as they go. For example, your organized friend pours a cup of coffee. She tears open theartificial sweeteene package an flips open the trash can lid with he foot while depositing the empty packet. In one motion, she grabs and pours the powdered creamer, and without putting the jar down, returns it to the cabinet, coffee with no mess to clean up, no work.

Her less organized friend has only one goal in mind a cuo of hot coffee, She pours the coffee and adds the sweetener, dropping the empty or half empty packets on the counter. She adds her creamer and sets the jar on the counter too. Even if she stopd now to put the things away, she created two extra steps, and hose few extra seps during the day really add, up. But more likely, she plans to straighten up later. She sits down while the coffee is hot, leaving a trail of clutter, including a few grains of sweetener dribbling from the packets more mess on the counter, more works.

You’ll save so much time and effort if you just make this your family’w new motto: If you get it out, put i back quikly.
